Walter Schneider GmbH develops and manufactures copper and brass connectors. Production is based on cold extrusion technology, which enables complex shapes and achieves high dimensional accuracy. All components are produced in-house, from tool design to series production.
Copper processing according to individual requirements
We manufacture connectors from copper and brass precisely according to drawings and specifications. We use various cold extrusion processes such as reverse, forward, and cross extrusion. Processing begins either from the wire or from the stamping blank and also allows for special alloys. Our production covers round and asymmetrical geometries and ensures very low material loss thanks to minimal finishing.
On request, we can finish the connectors with silver plating. All work steps, from toolmaking to final inspection, are carried out entirely in-house.
